If you would rather not have it
Ignore the notice and nothing is written. The site works exactly the same either way; the notice will simply appear each time you arrive. Pressing “No thanks” records that answer so the notice stops appearing, which is itself the only reason anything is stored.
Removing it
Clearing site data for this website in your browser settings removes the record. In most browsers this sits under privacy or site settings, and clearing it has no other effect here because nothing else is stored.
