Terms of use
The basis on which this website is made available.
This page was last reviewed in 2026.
1. Who publishes this site
This website is published by SIMON JAMES NEW HOMES LIMITED. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. Nothing here is an offer
The pages describe, in general terms, what the company does. They are not an offer to buy or to sell any property, not an invitation to treat, and not a representation about any particular property. No contract arises from anything on this site. Any transaction with the company is governed solely by the written terms agreed for it.
3. Nothing here is advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, valuation or surveying advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a professional instructed by you.
4. Accuracy
The company takes care with what it publishes here, but pages may become out of date between reviews. Registered particulars are given as they stand at the date of review, and the definitive record of the company’s registered details is the register kept by Companies House.
5. Photographs
The photographs of British residential architecture used on this site are the work of third parties, used under Creative Commons licences and credited on the image credits page. Their licences are those named in the credits, not these terms.
6. The rest of the site
The text, layout, stylesheet and wordmark on this site belong to the company. You may read, print and quote from the pages for your own reference or for a matter you have with the company. Copying the site, or substantial parts of it, for publication elsewhere is not permitted without written consent.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it stands. So far as the law allows, the company is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the pages or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
