Who is responsible
SIMON JAMES NEW HOMES LIMITED is the controller of personal information sent to it. Correspondence about this page should be addressed to the registered office.
What this website collects
Nothing. These pages are static files. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no embedded content from other sites and no login. The enquiry form is not connected to a mail handler, so anything typed into it stays in your browser and is not transmitted anywhere.
The only thing stored on your device is a single preference record, described on the cookies page, which exists so the notice at the foot of the page does not reappear.
Information you send to the company
If you write to the company by post or by email, or telephone it, the company will hold what you send for as long as it needs it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a proper record of its dealings. That includes the correspondence itself and any documents you attach to it.
Personal information is used for that purpose and no other. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone for marketing. It may be passed to a solicitor, surveyor or other professional instructed on a matter your enquiry concerns, or disclosed where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of the personal information the company holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased where it is no longer needed, and object to its use. Write to the registered office, marking the letter for the attention of the company’s data protection contact, and say clearly what you are asking for.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
If this page changes, the revised version will appear here. There is no mailing list, so nothing is sent out.
